Regaining healthy foot function allows you to stand, walk and run with strength and dexterity versus mindlessly shuffling along on feet that end up achy and sore, no matter what shoes you are wearing. Come discover your own walking pattern and the weak areas of each foot, then learn the proper exercises to FIX YOUR FEET.
This 90-minute workshop will start with a grounding and empowering invocation, moving into a grounding, area-based vinyasa flow. After strengthening, and warming the body, practice will close with a 25-minute restorative practice and seated meditation. All levels are welcome.
